Help and support

EU legislation states that users should be warned that cookies are in use on a site and that there should be a clear indication of a policy that lists out what they are. You are provided with the pop-up and the boilerplate cookie policy that includes the Raven cookies and those for Google analytics - if you use other items that introduce more cookies you ought to add them to the table to indicate what they are. Bearing this in mind you can disable the pop-up if your regular users feel it is intrusive, but this becomes your responsibility.

  • Go to ' Site-setup', then under ‘Add-on Configuration’, click on ‘Cookie Policy’.
  • Here you can uncheck the box for ‘Enable Cookie Policy’.
  • If you want to change the title of the panel and the wording of the panel, you can do that in this screen. Remember to save the changes when you’ve finished.
